• Knowledgeable in preparing fabrication drawings of GRP tanks and silos according to EN 13121 and Eurocodes and related components.• Experience in creating drawings for different types of tanks and silos, including convex bottom tanks, silos on trestles, and flat bottom tanks. • Proficient in SolidWorks and AutoCAD for component modeling.• Create assembly drawings, bills of materials, and detail drawings for various components including ladder, railing, platform, anchor foot, pipe support, reinforcement plate, pipes, bends, elbows, identification plate, guide eye, lifting lug, rainwater drainage pipe, vents, GRP doors, logos, PE foil, heating coil, ventilation grid, vent tube, deflection plate, connecting platform between tanks, and more.• Familiarity with manholes, flanges, blind plates, load cells, radar sensors for level measurement, locks, hinges, reinforcement ribs, grating, foam base, pipe flanges and fittings, Viton seal, leak detection apparatus, jet mixer, compressed air line, cable protection tube, vibrating floor, sand washer carrier, mixer, agitator, EPDM seal, scrubber, supports spray ramps, telescopic hose, tilt valve, combined pressure valve, and other related components.• Familiar with various steel beam sections, including I-beams, C-channels, T-bars, and HSS beams.• Proficient in preparing loading plans for tanks and silos during transportation processes. • Familiarity with the continuous filament winding process for fabrication of GRP tanks and silos. • Knowledgeable about the RAL color system and its standardized colors. • Proficient in insulation techniques such as thermal barriers, insulation blankets, and foam insulation. • Extensive knowledge of matrix/resin materials, including unsaturated polyester, epoxy, vinyl ester, and other resin systems, and reinforcement materials like fiberglass.
