Directed 513 member special mission unit and JADC2 of a special access operations center executing 17K flying hours in 30+ countries with unique aircraft types supporting Joint Special Operators conducting sensitive DoD and Interagency national taskings ranging from counter-terrorism, hostage rescue, counter-Weapons of Mass Destruction, and other missions.- Managed 5 year $940M budget programing to upgrade & maintain a fleet of Special Mission Aircraft with AF Material Command/Big Safari to operationalized new ISR, strike, airdrop and C2 capabilities on non-standard assets.- Led AF & Silicon Valley partnership for a new counter-UAS system enabling critical forward base defense.

Established a new satellite office to direct, integrate and synchronize Air Force Special Operations sensitive activities at the National Capital Region with Department of Air Force, US Special Operations Command, Congressional, Inter-Agency and industry partners. - Managed sensitive and compartmented program requirements tasked by Secretary of Defense and Chairman of Joint Chiefs of Staff in rapid response to national taskings. - Led command's effort on Secretary of Air Force's $8.4M specialized human resources program of record.- Coordinated with Air Force Rapid Capabilities Office, Research Lab and aviation industries to incorporate emerging Air Force Special Operations requirements, assessed impact on command's programs; coordinated funding and developed recommendations for the commander. - Engaged with congressional committee on sensitive military construction project for the command.
