CurrentAt there I have evolved myself from market officer to marketing manager by focusing on:• Managing the sales of the company, achieving the sales targets both in whole sale and retail market.• Business development in newly identified markets using the new technological platforms google analytics, LinkedIn and other social media network channels. • Responsible for new product development research, and present it to the directors for review.• Visiting foreign country suppliers (china) with the team to ensure that they design the product according to need and give them yearly demand plan based on sales forecast.• Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial and delivery departments.• Responsible to perform the profitability analysis product wise and consignment wise. • Conducting market analysis to assess prevalent economic environment, identifying business risks & recommending effective mechanisms to mitigate the same• Fixing the customer credit lines based on their financial assessment reports.• Generating new business leads, effectively & efficiently negotiating with them to close the deals in win-win position.• Ensuring that customer’s recoveries are aligned with the agreed time and plan.• Managing the sales team, Planning and distributing tasks among associates to meet deadlines.• Coordinate with the delivery department for timely and efficiently delivery of consignments to the customers.• Managing customer relationship including interaction with customer for effective resolution of customer grievances and obtain feedback.• Dynamic & efficient cross functional interaction with-R&D, Quality /Manufacturing etc.• Present & communicate effectively with higher management.• Planning, monitoring and coordination with vendors and other companies operating in B2B model.
