Responsible of operational areas including all Ancillaries locations i.e, Planning, Help-desk, Gates, Off-Dock and Rail. Leading QHSE team.Coordinator between Shipping lines and Port Authorities.Conducting Planning and Operations team training program. Coordination with Technical Services for maintenance of equipment to achieve operational efficiencies in the terminal.

Responsible for all operational activities at the terminal, including Gates and 4 off-dock Terminals. Managing a team of Assistant Managers, Superintendents, Planners and operation officers. Plan & Manage day to day operations of the terminal and RORO vessels. Reporting directly to the GM Operations. Manage efficient, economic utilization of terminal equipment and manpowerbasis work load in the terminal. Execute strategies that help improve productivity of the terminal overall, in a cost effective manner, keeping in view the contractual obligations with the Shipping lines. Liaising and communicating with Port Authorities and other stakeholders for day to day running of the terminal. Establish relations with the shipping lines and the customs. Manage operations keeping in mind the SOPs and the safety standards of DP World. Maintaining the monthly terminal KPIs to determine the productivity of the terminal within each shift. Internal auditor and DPFSO. Mentor to newly inducted Management Trainees as well as Planners.Restructured the Customer Services set-up and formed HelpDesk for internal and external customers. Designed a system ofpaper free documentation. Designed Online Empty Containers Loading Program where shipping lines update empty container bookings online.Designed Online Customer Facilitation System where shipping lines update import containers Delivery Order status.Experienced Trainer and Super user of SPARCS and Express within the terminal.

Achievements:Lead the planning team.Trained more than a dozen yard and vessel planners within the terminal, who later became Planners & managers at various terminals locally and overseas.
