My journey began in July 2017, as a data entry specialist, where I Carefully inputted medical data using ALLSCRIPT billing software. Transitioning to the lab medical billing department,However, it was in the payment posting department where I truly found my passion. Over the years, I've handled a range of tasks, including processing payments, managing client accounts, generating statements, and addressing patient inquiries. This hands-on experience not only solidified my expertise in medical billing systems but also fueled my passion for delivering exceptional service.In July 2020, my dedication and hard work were recognized when I was promoted to supervisor, leading a team of 19 professionals in the posting department. In this role, I focused on optimizing processes, enhancing efficiency, and generating comprehensive payment reports. I take pride in the achievements we accomplished as a team during my time as supervisor.Additionally, I am honored to have received the "Best Team of the Year" award in July 2021, recognizing the outstanding performance and collaboration of our department. Furthermore, in July 2023, I was humbled to be awarded the "Best Employee of the Year" accolade, acknowledging my individual contributions and dedication to excellence within the organization.In January 2023, I transitioned to the Accounts Receivable (AR) department, where I assumed responsibility for managing claims processing, denials management, payment reconciliation, and insurance follow-up.
