As an Assistant Manager Marketing and Merchandising at Masood Textile Mills Limited, I lead and execute various marketing programs and activities including bulk production, presentations, and customer feedback. I collaborate with other departments to ensure the quality and timely delivery of orders, in order to generate and maintain client relationships. I have a BSc degree in economics and business management from Lahore School of Economics, where I developed my analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. I also gained valuable experience as a Project Intern at Crescent Textile Mills Limited, where I assisted in conducting market research and analysis of a new HR practices in industry. I am passionate about learning new skills and trends in the textile industry, and I have completed the McKinsey Forward Program, a certification course on business growth and innovation. My goal is to pursue a full-time career in marketing and merchandising, where I can apply my knowledge, skills, and creativity to create value for customers and stakeholders.
