• Build Retail Fashion & Food & Beverages stores right from inception to completion.• Implement general procedures for tendering, selection & appointment of sub contractors, labour matters, payment terms, dealings and communication between all parties – clients, architects/consultants and addresses issues for effective coordination and collaboration.• Develop specific project construction programme for successful completion of the project. Review project feasibility in terms of budget & time scale and execute the project plan with parties involved after obtaining the necessary statutory approvals. • Coordinate all aspects of project implementation for smooth start and on course completion. Direct & monitor all aspect of construction work, assuring of schedule, quality & contractual compliance at each stage.• Provide feedback to the Client on design related queries in order to overcome practical on site issues. Furnish shop drawings and material substitutions to Client.• Monitor construction progress for all ongoing projects on a continuous basis, optimise on resources/ budgets by employing cost effective measures, and take timely action to address any deviations to ensure projects are completed within specified parameters.• Manage relationships with the clients, landlords, consulting engineers and all concerned authorities & parties to ensure projects are completed without any dispute, litigation or cost overruns. • Manage and ensure that all health & safety procedures are in place and are implemented on site.• Identifies & quantifies materials to be ordered ensuring availability in time.•Managing financial processes & ensures that the project cost does not extend beyond allocated budget.Specialties: All types of Retail fit-out projects
