I am an experienced banker with over 15 years of work experience within consumer banking area of commercial banks. I've more than 11 years’ experience in the area of Credit Decisions, Verifications, Client Valuations & Collateral Management. My work experience includes, but not limited, to managing a team of over 75 staff responsible for overseeing/strategic overview and extensive liaison with the business teams.I am also responsible for handling and managing front-line resolution of issues for the entire country across all consumer products including mortgages, personal loans & credit cards. I've hands-on experience in driving issues to resolution through interaction with internal departments, acts as the credit representative for resolving issues with business, operations, service quality etc. Currently responsible to manage countrywide decisions of all secured and unsecured products offered by Silkbank.In addition, I am also responsible for developing and submitting management reports and capacity plans. Perform fraud investigations, reviews underwriting of loan approvals and agreements between bank and the third parties on the panel of bank, like with Law Firms, Income Estimation and Appraisal Agencies.
