Field Force Manager
CurrentSome of my core responsibilities are as follows:• Supervise a diverse team of Medical Representatives by recommending growth efforts, evaluating performance, provide effective training, and increasing employee engagement. • Exemplify strong leadership in terms of manpower planning, training and development, task delegation, conflict resolution, and team collaboration.• Establish and sustain mutually-beneficial working relationships with KOLs, physicians, pharmacies, prescribing advisors, etc.• Achieve operational excellence by implementing continuous improvements plan, streamlining process flow, and addressing operational issues.• Stay on top of all the market developments within the territory by taking ownership of market intelligence and maintaining awareness of all competitors’ activities. • Tailor a roadmap for the market development across the UAE market and expand the company’s presence and customer base in the region. • Oversee the fiscal activities of the business, including resource allocation, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control strategies.• Display strong expertise in new product launches, key account management, customer relationship development, contract negotiations, and order fulfilment. • Identify new business opportunities through market research, and develop sales plans/actions to achieve and surpass the business objectives.• Increase the market share of the brand through promotional efforts, sales management, operational excellence, and team management.
