- Manage and support an out-license business of primary care products across MENA countries. This includes optimising all commercial arrangement, business planning, target setting with 3rd parties and coordinating implementation activities across the alliance life cycle (technology transfer, regulatory, intellectual property & trademarks, finance, marketing and supply chain)- Established the Managing Committee and developed the governance framework for executing decisions regarding the business

- Supported strategy formulation and implementation by conducting requisite data analysis for informing rapid and disciplined decision-making- Developed tracking solutions that monitor launch readiness and launch financial performance- Worked on a Project targeting Brand Plan improvement and upskilling across LOCs, including development of 6 e-learning training modules
