- Responsible for overall management and execution of the project and coordination of the project team; free of production bugs through guaranteed unit testing- Interpret the relevant client materials to assess all possible project deliverables in addition to those identified during the sales phase of the study- Primary client contact for the project working closely with the client’s project leadership to achieve the project goals- Responsible for ensuring compliance to QMS (Quality Management System), adequate planning and resourcing, as well as budget oversight and forecasting- Responsible for ensuring that the Project Team maintains high quality service and on time delivery of data and project outputs for the client- Responsible for developing, reviewing and approving other project related project documentation during the course of the Project Lifecycle- Develop the project and validation plan paying specific attention to all the project deliverables- Conduct periodic status checkpoints with clients and teams to assess progress against the plan. Perform re-forecasts of project variables as necessary throughout project- Responsible for the preparation and review of status reports on all project activities and issues as required- Review the project actual versus budget on a regular basis, identifying and creating Changes in Scope (CIS) as appropriateConduct internal and external post mortem reviews and reports- Utilize project management skills of communication, presentation, time management, organization and planning to successfully implement company’s products- Work with Program Directors as needed to ensure consistency between projects with a single sponsor- Responsible for keeping project status maintained using CRF Health internal systemsInternational Travel required as needed

- Handle daily project correspondence with internal and external clients. - Creates shipment tasks and assists with help desk tickets as necessary. - Manage user account details in TrialManager® and other systems as necessary. - Supports Project Managers with internal and external project meetings including study team meeting minutes. - Contribute to unit testing activities to support the utmost design quality / minimize bugs. - Create/review/update user manuals, status reports and other project documentation. - Assists project team with the setup, maintenance and decommissioning phases of a project. - Supports the localization of eCOA text and manuals including completing the Language Deployment Checklist and Screen Review. - Perform Internal User Acceptance testing as required and assists with UAT script writing. - Help support the CRF Health Data Management team.
