I am working with Mari petroleum company limited which is one of the largest E&P ( Oil and Gas ) company in Pakistan As Maintenance Engineer, my roles and responsibilities are:• Support in troubleshooting of all electrical, control and instrumentation system of gas turbines.• Planning, scheduling, developing execution strategy of maintenance activity.• Looking after 1 x Rolls Royce Gas Turbine operation and 2 x Solar Turbine operation. • Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, biannual and yearly maintenance reports, tracking progress and monitoring the performance.• To ensure safe execution of jobs and preventing from hazards (unsafe condition, unsafe act, near miss and accidents) through compliance of international safety standards in workplace.• Preparation of technical evaluation and detailed comparison analysis of different proposals.• Developing scope of work, cost estimate, Floating RFQs, initiation of PRs and follow up cases till completion.• Fault investigation to reached out the root cause through various methodologies/techniques.• Ensure the compliance of IMS policy, audit preparation and addressing all auditor requirements.• Preparation of annual budget, ensuring all requisition on time and tracking budget utilization. • Assigning task and ensure effective utilization of manpower and company resources.• Preparation of Task lists and scheduling and implementation on CMMS (SAP).• Preparation and reviewing JSA/Hazid/Hazop/HIRARC of all operational sites.• Ensuring the creation of SAP Notification & work orders against every activity.• Counselling subordinates and workers to keep motivate for enhancing work productivity.• Identifying the problems related to designed system, study, preparation and submission of appropriate proposal.

• Study & analyze the routine activities and faults in order to improve performance of plant.• Scheduling: Development of Base Line Schedule using Planning Software MAXIMO.• Preparation of Weekly; Monthly & Quarterly look-ahead Schedule. Updating actual Progress and all related information & comparison analysis.• Trouble shooting of all the plant machinery concerning to electrical department.• Annual maintenance of 132kV switchyard, dehydration of transformers and DGA tests• Improvement, modification & expansion activities (Planning and execution).• Inspection and maintenance of R.O plant and exhaust gas boilers ( AALBORG).• Maintenance, Inspections of generator control panels, NGR panels & generator control desk.• Preventive maintenance & forced maintenance of all Gen. Sets (HFO).• Calibration of thermocouple, PT 100, pressure switches, control valves.• Testing & calibration of boiler damper controller (Auma), NRR2-40 level controller & PLC.• 1000hrs to 2000hrs maintenance of purifier LOP and HFO.• Variable speed drives Systems (VSD) and all other plant equipment.• Modification of drawing as per requirement.• Testing & calibration of protection relays Micon ( P122, P631, P821 and P442).
