Establish Local Chapters• Identify new local activists in targeted geographical areas and among key constituencies through different methods of outreach• Recruit volunteers as per the goals set by the campaign through phone, email, and in-person outreach through meetings and local events• Identify opportunities for activists’ capacity building, and coordinate the provision of training, mentoring and other assistance required• Conflict management between the activists/volunteers and ensuring their adherence to the policies of the campaign Communications• Equip local activists with the communications assets to conduct activities that resonate in line with Alif Ailaan objectives, themes and messages• Establish and oversee Alif Ailaan’s local online presence including developing the Facebook and Twitter accounts for local chapters• Develop and deploy communications campaigns for events and activities to attract local, regional, national and international media coverage where appropriate• Develop relationships with key media representatives, bloggers, and community influencers to impact the discourse with education related information and news stories.• Develop and implement local advocacy campaigns around Alif Ailaan’s main education themes, including production and dissemination of public education materials, media outreach and coordination and organising public outreach events.Information Management• Organisers will keep consistent records about the supporters they identify, the leaders they develop, the actions they plan and execute, and other information that could be useful for future organising efforts.• Collating information and uploading to central database and sharing relevant content to media and social media strands, working to the Civil Society team.• Collating and providing data/information of activities for monthly and weekly reporting/updates• Managing a calendar of on-the-ground activities

 Developing one year plan for Larkano region with the collaboration of Alif Ailaan Team and other EA in the Region  Executing effective output and out comes- based activities in the areas to improve indicators of Larkano Region Maintain effective working relationship with divisional and district official and education office of the Larkano Region Building a network of CBOs, CSOs and other forums/ associates for local and organic campaigning in the Region Building and maintaining relationship with press clubs and Journalist for amplification of voice in the Region  Monitor activities of the partner organization, working on the grant of Alif Ailaan in the Region Activating functional Waldian ki Awaaz as an organic and self sustained group for better accountability of providers and politicians  Leading planning of Activities of education activist working in your respective region, in terms of planning  Recording and reporting outputs of activities and tracking interim –outcomes of activities on monthly and quarterly basis

 Campaign in Larkano District and region on education as an issue that lies at the heart of our social economics problems  Organize events and meeting on behalf of Alif Ailaan campaign  Report to the campaign office about the activates  Mobilize traditional and social media to build up support for the cause  Mange a grass roots movement for education in Larkano Region Manage a network of Volunteer /Activities Secure supporters of the Alif Ailaan declaration for education  Inspire other to be involved in the campaign

 Assures the filing of all legal and regulatory documents and monitors compliance with relevant laws and regulations.. Helps the Board determine values, mission, vision, and short- and long-term goals. Keeps informed of developments in human services, not-for-profit management and governance, philanthropy and fund development. Assures a work environment that recruits, retains and supports quality staff and volunteers. Assures process for selecting, development, motivating, and evaluating staff and volunteers. Recommends staffing and financing to the Board of Directors. In accordance with Board action, recruits personnel, negotiates professional contracts, and sees that appropriate salary structures are developed and maintained.  Helps the Board articulate its own role and accountabilities and that of its committees and individual members, and helps evaluate performance regularly. With the Board President / Chair, focuses Board attention on long-range strategic issues. Manages the Board’s due diligence process to assure timely attention to core issues.  Promotes programs and services that are produced in a cost-effective manner, employing economy while maintaining an acceptable level of quality. Oversees the fiscal activities of the organization including budgeting, reporting and audit. Works with Board to ensure financing to support short- and long-term goals. Acts as an advocate, within the public and private sectors, for issues relevant to community, its services and constituencies. Listens to clients, volunteers, donors and the community in order to improve services and generate community involvement. Assures community awareness of response to community needs. Works with legislators, regulatory agencies, volunteers and representatives of the not for-profit sector to promote legislative and regulatory policies that encourage a healthy community.

 To work in team with the project staff, partners and associate to reach the project objectives; To support the Project Managers and all project staff in the planning and implementation of project activities; To implement activities according to the project logical framework and timetable, under the supervision of Project Manager. To coordinate closely and report regularly to the Project Managers on activities carried out and to fill regularly the Field Activity Reports in the standard format with needed annexes as: meeting/training participants lists, data sheets, letters, explanatory technical notes; To carry out surveys and monitoring activities with the projects team, participate to internal project activity reviews, report to the project managers; To mobilize the beneficiaries, to facilitate project meetings, trainings and workshops in cooperation with PM and other project consultant. To keep local authorities informed at District and Ward levels – under the supervision of the project manager and project coordinator - on the status of project implementation; To be responsible for the proper and correct management of GSWA facilities and materials assigned. To be available in carrying out any other
