I am currently working in Financial Services in an established insurance broker in Manchester City Centre which has been in business for over 20 years. My role involves me regularly dealing with sales, client retention and advising clients through a regulated process on improvements to be made to their protection portfolio’s which reflects their short-term and long-term goals and any changes in their circumstances- I can provide references for this and have always been proud of working well individually and in a team-based environment to produce positive outcomes for my clients as well as the business.In addition to this I also volunteer as a football coach in Manchester once a week supporting visually impaired children and adults with specialized coaching in blind football and other sensory challenges, this is a role which is close to me and have been passionate about throughout my teenage years and adult life. As I have been involved in this for many years I have developed my people skills and communication skills as clear and direct communication is necessary to maximize the quality of the coaching I provide.
