They may also provide training to users on how to operate the equipment properly.5. Documentation: I'm are responsible for maintaining detailed records of service visits, equipment maintenance, and repair work. Parts and Inventory Management: I'm often carry a stock of spare parts and tools in their service vehicles to ensure they can complete repairs promptly. They must manage and restock their inventory as needed.7. Adherence to Safety Regulations: Safety is a paramount concern in this role. I also follow all safety protocols and guidelines to protect themselves and others while working with potentially hazardous equipment or in potentially risky environments.8. Remote Support: In some cases, I also provide remote technical support, guiding customers or other technicians through troubleshooting and maintenance procedures via phone, video calls, or remote desktop access.

• Providing Weekly Reports - I give status updates and evaluations about the site condition every week and make a presentation to avoid negligence and problems that may occur on the site.• Performing On-Site Equipment Repair -Respond to service calls in order to perform on-site repairs. Conduct troubleshooting and provide technical support services, such as replacing needed equipment components. Once the work is completed, I provide complete service reports, weekly logs, and expense reports.• Order and Install New Equipment -Assist in the planning and purchasing of needed equipment with the customer's technical specifications and evaluate what devices will best meet their needs.• Test Equipment -Test the function of the equipment by taking detailed accuracy, selectivity, and sensitivity measurements. Calibrate equipment groups to ensure overall quality control and monitor the equipment to ensure its performance is in alignment with regulatory requirements.• Performing Preventative Maintenance and Calibration -Engaging in ongoing preventative maintenance for medical equipment. Ensure safe and optimal performance through routine inspections and in-service training with customers and also coordinate maintenance schedules and quality control checks.• Providing Technical Customer Support -Responsible for providing quality customer service. Communicate the job progress to managers, and handle customer relationship issues. Help implement equipment changes according to customer laboratory policies and practices.

• Preparing technical drawings and specifications of electrical systems to ensure installations and operations are within standards of requirements and regulations.• Coordinate with the manufacturer, installation, maintenance and testing activities. Prepare specifications for purchasing of materials and equipment.• Estimate the labor cost, materials or construction cost and create a budget for the project. Prepare BOQ and project executions.• Maintain electrical system and equipment. • Monitor and Testing through the Master station to ensure the effectivity of the Protective Devices.• Troubleshooting High Voltage/Low Voltage Equipment . • Inspect sites regularly to identify problems and necessary maintenance.
