1. Hardware & Software• Managing IT Inventory Management for IT Peripheral in any movement & storage • Managing IT Software – Standard business applications are maintained and operated consistent with the compliance and regulatory requirements base on SOE (Standard Operating Environment)2. Accountability of managing of IT Services Delivery on Support and Maintenance for IT Peripheral used for business operations. 3. Definition and enforcement of SLAs, monitoring KPIs and reporting • To IT Management Team on performance & improvement in line with best practice of IT Service Delivery. Responsible to ensure that all issues and improvement opportunities are fully documented and correctly prioritized for resolution.4. Perform due-diligence, ensures the scope of work, contracts and licensing agreements are fit for purpose. Responsible for vendor enforcement framework (Scope of Work stated in vendor’s contract) especially in Desktop and Maintenance support scope of work.5. Handling escalation and endorsement using IT Service Management tools are completely provision for any cases logged by user/clients via IT Service Management System & IT Service Desk. Ensuring level of support or mitigation plan in line with issues arise quickly and efficiently based of impact and urgency.6. Co-ordinates with end user and vendor to understand and plan for client driven upcoming operational or system changes as they impacted IT Operations.7. Responsible for any communicating / promoting IT standards Policy & Procedure enforcement by ensuring they are followed throughout nationwide.8. Managing and responsible for IQMS service maintenance & technical support (hardware & software) to ensure services running smoothly within operational cost via Smart Spending expenses.9. Involvement in revenue generation by ensuring IT Services Delivery in excellent mode to supports Marketing Activities or Event & Regional Project.
