I work at United Airlines as a Senior UX designer in the Customer Strategy & Innovation department.My role on the TEST & LEARN team is to generate new ideas to improve customer experiences for digital products and the airport lobby.I create, strategize, build, and test the ideas in production on small data traffic. Upon successful testing, I collaborate closely with the product teams, particularly those responsible for shopping, airport gate, check-in, and seats.I work with our data analyst team, which provides the product team with valuable data insights to help them understand the potential impact of new ideas.
