Managing the Ericsson's MS Back office team for Warid telecom as a domain head of the technical support team for Ericsson's CS3.0. Responcibilities included managing day to day tasks of the team, Network impact analysis, SLA, WLA and SOP agreement and implementation with Warid. Providing a high level support to Warid for its IN nerwork.

Worked as a System Engineer in Ericsson for the O&M of Al-Warid’s Intelligent Network Solution, with the main responsibility of O&M of the Warids IN network. Warids IN solution is based on Ericsson’s CS 3.0. Nodes of specialty include SDP’s, MINSAT, AIR, VS, CCN, INS, HP-IVR, SMAS, ERS, EMA. Main workload consisted of 1st and 2nd Level support, Traffic Statistics, Handling Customer related problems and System monitoring.
