· Acting as the initial point of contact for all system-related concerns from clients or other users· Evaluating and prioritizing customer support cases· Attend in-person meetings with clients to analyze and diagnose hardware problems· Organize and file documentation about warranties and instructional guides for hardware· Maintaining procedural documents and reports· Work with all internal groups, including support, sales, engineering, product managementto resolve the customer’s issue· Laying of Optical Fiber and UTP Cat-6· Supervising Fiber Splicing· Installation of all Network Passive Equipment (ODFs, Cameras, Routers etc.)· Understanding of all shop drawings of Lighting Plan, Power Plan other single-line Drawings

· Acting as main technical advisor on the site for craft man· Invoice generation and Verification· Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting· Understanding the scope of work and providing a sound technical solutionfor the client· Preparation of Technical Data Sheets of Plant Instruments· Attending all progress review meetings with clients and further planning discussion· Identifying and quantifying cost factors, such as production time, materials and labour expenses· Detail Electrical Materials Rate Analysis· Attending Pre-Bid Meetings and Putting up queries to clients related to Tenders· Evaluating the product’s cost-effectiveness or profitability· Vendor shortlisting according to the company and client’s requirement· Setting Out and Surveying the site to resolve issues· Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are according to standards· Handling all written and verbal communication between client and Employer· Vendor Management, Preparing Meeting Documents and Entertaining Client queries.
