Having 26 years experience of employment, HR has become my main forte. At HR strategic level my span of work mostly involve areas of conceptualization, development, implementation and reviewing HR strategies within the scope of Industrial Relations (IR), Talent Supply and Human Capital management. I work mainly with dynamic Business Units to drive and spearhead group HR programs and initiatives. In terms of HR projects, I have wide experience working with Consultants to monitor and facilitate all HR project implementations from analysis, design stage, implementation and project launch.Human Resource Management is not just limited to managing and optimally exploiting human intellect. It also focuses on managing the physical and emotional capital aspects of employees. Considering the intricacies involved, the scope of HRM is widening and becoming increasingly challenging.
