Despite being a nurse & a teacher by profession, my heart and passion guided me to choose a profession in human resources, which has allowed me to feel fulfilled and accomplished.Throughout my more than eighteen years in HR, I have held positions as a company nurse, administrative supervisor, HR generalist, head of labor and employee relations, associate manager of HR operations, and corporate HR manager. I am competent at becoming acquainted with and carrying out my HR duties. I am proud of the satisfaction I get from being able to support a company's most valuable asset—its human capital—as well as the management and achieve organizational harmony.
