Responsible for warehouse and sales entities MegaGroup Logistic Services and Bosta / Bevo NL, BE, DE, and UK. Ensuring timely and correct payments of purchase orders and expense invoices while maintaining close contact with the stakeholders.

Opened its doors in November 2020. Overseeing the business operation and managing the P&L was my primary focus. I was challenged to adapt to changing policies and price inflation due to the Pandemic.

Worked with display brands like Philips, BenQ, Iiyama, and Google. As member of the repair team I solved RMA cases, communicated with stakeholders, and guided the team. As manager assistant my tasks also included administration, spare-part purchasing, and inventory management.

Supported the Enterprise Business Group (B2B) Marketing & Sales activities. I was responsible for the Exhibition Center and was therefore involved with projects from the sales and event managers. Within Western Europe, I had to make sure that the demo units arrived on the right time and at the right destination to ensure that managers can sell the product and make a deal.

For MainteQ I set the foundation for promoting digital signage solution through offline and online marketing. In the offline area I designed promotional tools such as brochures and in the online area I created a brand new website to promote products and solutions.

As an intern I supported the AR / AP team within the Finance department. At vb&t I performed financial accounting activities for Homeowner Associations in the Real Estate business. It included recording financial transactions, managing creditor and debtor, as well as conducting annual closures. My contribution has been well-received by the department and was treated as an extension to the team.

An external auditing firm where I learned a lot about accounting in practice and the financial perspective for companies. During this internship I conducted both financial accounting and auditing. It involved recording financial transactions, creating invoices, and regular bookkeeping check ups for small and medium-sized enterprises. Near the end of the fiscal year, I prepared and submitted VAT declaration and conducted annual closures for clients. After 2 months, I had several clients in my care.
