I developed the [LGU+ Home Internet of Things Gateway Server], a server that can send and receive large amounts of data using protocols that are not uniform between service providers and third-party manufacturers.The service provider, LGU+, is one of the major comprehensive telecommunications service providers. [The Home IoT Gateway Server is the backend that allows IoT devices from various manufacturers to be registered and operated in the Home IoT service they provide. Due to the variety of manufacturers, the [Home IoT Gateway Server] receives non-uniform protocols and is connected using different access methods, such as HTTP requests or TCP sockets.The following features are provided by the [Home IoT Gateway Server].- Receive and normalize non-uniform protocols- Accommodate different integration methods such as HTTP, TCP Socket, etc.- Host application developed using Java- Describe how to handle third-party protocols using a scripting language- Deploy and enforce scripts that describe how to handle third-party protocols in real time.- One or more instances combined and controlled as a cluster- Highly available systems
