As my days in the field lessoned I moved into a variety of administrative positions, Program Manager, Program Director, and lastly as the National Safety and Risk Manager.My responsibilities varied with each administrative position. Some of my duties included safety and risk management, incident analysis and review, insurance, human resources, budget management, program development, administrative leadership and oversight, etc. Those roles with Outward Bound strengthened my communication, problem solving, and decision making skills.
