Although not a fully qualified counsellor or life coach, I have extensive training and experience in the field of mental health and well being, Landmark Education, Permaculture and other related fields of practice. I love my work and like to place emphasis on creating a safe space for my clients to relax and feel secure, whilst being; sensitive, understanding, confidential and empathetic to the to reconnect with themselves and the world around them.My greatest mentor was my grandmother who passed on her skills and knowledge to me. She encouraged me to practice traditional ways of relating to; nature and her elements, animal wisdom, the seasons, plants and healing. Some call this shamanism, I prefer to call it a way of being. Within my work I incorporate the learning of my Grandmother into my practice, which in turn has been beneficial in supporting individuals to reconnect and value their worth.. I'm no ordinary 'run of the mill' therapist.
