I’ve spent most of my working life turning bright ideas into fantastic events. I’ve dipped my toes into every aspect of event organisation, from creative concepts through to complex logistics. The result is an ability to conceive and deliver every step on the way to successful conferences, shows, meetings, launches, expos, parties and celebrations of all sizes. In all countries too: there’s only a handful where I’ve yet to work. This broad range of capabilities has been built on two foundation stones: creative photography and event logistics. It’s an unusual combination, but it explains why my perspective ranges from imaginative conception through to detailed implementation. I’m as happy storytelling as I am delivering VIP experiences.In practical terms, this can mean being responsible for delivering an entire event, large or small, from start to finish and end-to-end delivery of specific tasks such as venue sourcing. I manage logistics and production, plus vital parts of any event (eg, budgets, travel or communications).In addition to corporate events, I love organising film and photography events, from photoshoots through to model castings (I was PR and Marketing Director for Urban Photo Fest, a photography festival dedicated to urban issues).In short, give me a problem to solve and I am a happy professional. I aim to shine, remain positive and resolve problems, whatever the situation. I believe that my attitude and good sense of humour have been equally important as my capabilities, in building strong, trusted and long-lasting working relationships. Along the way, I’ve worked with every type of client, from large corporates to small start-ups, government bodies to fashion shows and festivals. This has seen me roll up my sleeves for the likes of Gartner, Coca Cola and RBS, VMWare and Salesforce, Jaguar Land Rover and Wella, alongside IBM, Nokia, GlaxoSmithKline, Vauxhall, Novartis, Lexus, Levi Strauss, Toyota, Home Office, British Telecom and Centrica.
