Indigenous Advisor to the Office of the Ombudsman WA who is the Parliamentary Commissioner for Administrative Investigations. The Principal Indigenous Liaison Officer is responsible for community engagement, advising Child Death Review Team and assisting the Director to facilitate the advisory panel to the child death review team, advice and support to the Complaints Investigation Team on indigenous issues.
