• Manages the organization’s human resources functions including recruiting for positions, interviewing prospective candidates, facilitating the new hire (onboarding) and exit interview process and assessing benefit needs and onboarding of new hires.• Facilitates processing of semimonthly Payroll administration.• Performs benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, terminations and communicating benefit information to employees . Assist with open enrollment.• Processes monthly billings from insurance providers.• Conducts recruitment effort for exempt and nonexempt personnel, temporary employees and internships. Respond to employment verification requests.• Updates job requirements and job descriptions and writes job descriptions and oversees the advertisement of open positions.• Maintains historical human resource records; redesign filing and retrieval system for past and current records. • Assists in the administration of benefits programs such as life, health, and dental insurance, pension plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance.
