Additionally, lead the Process Management and Auditing System for GLOBALink Engineering in the Commercial Aviation and Network Services Division of Rockwell Collins IMS for continuous improvement and improved performance using industry models such as CMMI and ISO.

Created and managed organizational and engineering processes for a newly-merged team of multiple shared services engineering disciplines, including back office engineering, network engineering, and systems administration.

Process and Product Quality Assurance lead for a software engineering group in the air traffic and communications services industry. Process lead for monitoring CMMI level 3 compliance.

Perform financial and budget duties for the Asset Forfeiture Office for the District of Maryland and four transition districts for the US Marshals Service. Manage the monthly review of project budgets to organize and prepare for the monthly obligation process, entering invoices for payment into several financial databases, and processing vouchers for payment. Trained and certified to complete Equitable Sharing for State and Local Law Enforcement Agencies.

Coordinate with several foreign subcontractors to support US Treasury Advisor’s logistical needs. Review invoices from foreign subcontractors for accuracy and compliance with US Treasury Office of Technical Assistance guidelines. Acted as liason between Treasury Advisor's and travel agencies to arrange travel for TDY and other assignments.

At Habitat for Humanity Virginia headquarters performed website development and marketing, as well as coordinated fundraising events to assist the 52 Virginia affiliate locations accelerate house production.
