In a short timeframe, June dived into the unfamiliar Social Service sector and vastly equipped herself with professional knowledge and experience that propel her into an exciting and new frontier. June has been working in the social service sector since 2012 after a mid-career change. She handles cases with varied social issues including but not limited to family violence, homelessness and mental health. She has keen interests in couple counselling. Currently a registered Gottman couple therapist (Level 3) with Gottman Referral Network (global). She also has keen interests in poverty-related work as she researches and develops services on poverty reduction.Mensa tested to possess high intelligence, couple with an approachable personality, June works effectively and effortlessly with people of diverse backgrounds; seamlessly able to communication amongst different levels of social economic status and culture. A keen believer in humanitarian works, June has been actively volunteering locally and overseas; from house building to giving pro bono private tuition to the less fortunate.
