I was employed as a Logistics Co-ordinator I monitored shipments from India to worldwide markets. I liaised with the plants to ensure timely build and shipment of the vehicles, and tracked the units using Gevis and Business Objects. I hosted WebEx meetings with the plant, carriers and team in the USA, to ensure that all available units were shipped. I negotiated space with the carriers and monitored the vessels to maximise volume and manage plant inventory. I have excellent computer skills and use Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, SEER, SAP on a daily basis.

I was employed as a Sales Coordinator my duties included ordering vehicles on behalf of leasing companies, advising clients on product availability, coordinating the sale process and scheduling deliveries. I worked directly with Multi-national companies preparing quotes, liaising with suppliers to ensure that the client received the best possible price and service available. I regularly attended meetings and conference calls with my customers. I was also in charge of HR my duties included, authorising time sheet, absence management, ISO Audit and Health and Safety Risk Assessment. I have a CIPD level 5 qualification.

My duties included managing the team, valuing, listing and marketing properties, compiling property detail sheets and brochures, negotiating the sale and sales progression. I accompanied the clients on viewings of both rental and sales properties.
