- Plan pilot training program when they join the company.- Liaise with CAAS Personnel Licensing Department to ensure all pilots license are in line with CAAS, Training and Flight Operation departments - Maintain good rapport with new pilots on different phases of initial training and induction.- Assist to ensure all necessary Tech Crew documents are in place and proper for any future audits or investigations.- Approval of Tech Crew Leave Management and liaise with HR (Sick Leave, Annual Leave, Child Care Leave)- Work closely with our Simulator provider to ensure that all simulator bookings are efficiently managed.- Ensure that Tech Crew are trained and maintain the regulatory and company compliance framework.- Planning of Initial and Recurrent training for Tech Crew- Efficient allocation of Tech Crew resources- Resolve real-time changes to training requirements- Provide support for all in-house Tech Crew courses such as Command upgrade
