Operations Administrator at Gilmours-Processing and maintenance of information received by electronic means and filtering to the various departments if required.-Raising purchase order using Sage account system.-Ordering raw materials for production.-Organising transport for the despatch department.

• Attending contract handover meetings, liaising with suppliers to arrange materials going to site and producing cost/value reports as part of a Material Report Analysis. • Producing supplier tender comparisons.• Ensuring the calibration and testing of company owned plant and equipment.• The MRA has a monthly deadline which I submit to the Procurement Manager. • Sending enquiries and chasing quotes• Other parts of my role include arranging transfer of material plant between sites and working daily with the Design Team and Quality Surveyors.
