I participated in a project to migrate VGS’s legacy SAP system to the EVO SAP system leading the Accounts Payable and T&E process workstreams.This included taking part in the System design, testing (3 test cycles and UAT) and data migration, also the data cleanse prior to migration for 11 company codes in 6 countries.Worked closely with both the business and the system integrator to ensure that tax, legal and statutory requirements were met in each of VGS’s countries by the EVO SAP solution.

SAP Development Testing. Testing for new phases and change requests to the system for the Finance, HR, BW and Supply Chain areas.Worked as SAP Workflow Administrator for the Finance workflows. This included analysing the workflows for errors before the end users were aware of them. Typically the errors would be with cost centre/WBS or HR master data.I was involved in the setup of a ‘SAP Support Surgery’. A drop in session for end-users to call in to resolve their SAP queries. Representatives from HR, Finance, IT and Supply Chain were present to offer on-the-spot resolution to users’ queries.Produced ‘how to’ guides for the HR department to support new members to the HR team which included step-by-step guides for the SAP elements of the HR processes.Creating SAP user accounts. Assigning roles and troubleshooting access queries.Business as usual helpdesk support, supporting as necessary
