June Powell Email and Phone Number

I'm June Powell, a fourth-year student at Ohio State from Dayton, Ohio pursuing a degree in Comparative Cultural Studies and French. I enjoy learning across a multitude of disciplines in my field of study and find that I’m able to adapt to new learning experiences quickly. In addition, I plan to study abroad in France to gain a deeper appreciation for the culture and develop a better understanding of the language. At Ohio State, I’m currently a DEI Director for Student-Alumni Council, which is an organization that fosters deeper relationships between Buckeyes past, present, and future. SAC gives me the ability to speak with alumni and gain valuable insight and advice. I’m also the Vice President of Internal Affairs for Pass the Class, which is an organization that works with a local homeless shelter, Star House. PTC allows me to understand what life is like outside of a college campus in the greater Columbus area and help people find success in second chances.In my free time, I enjoy yoga, rock climbing, video production, reading and writing, and connecting with friends and family. I look forward to building new skills and connections at Ohio State this year while also cultivating my current involvements.
