Thesis primarily focused on Machine Learning Algorithms:- k-NN & ENN: Implementation, optimization, and evaluation using 5x2 cross-validation.- Decision Trees: Gain ratio (classification), MSE (regression), reduced-error pruning for overfitting prevention.- Neural Networks: Feedforward Neural Networks with backpropagation, Autoencoders for feature extraction and initialization.- Reinforcement Learning: Developed Q-learning, SARSA, and Value iteration for optimal control in dynamic environments like racetrack simulations. - Worked on establishing a factory in Mesa, Arizona, and secured an investment of $5 million. My company, E2E Supply Chain, initially operated as a supply chain consultant and later became a shareholder in a factory through a general partnership in 2023. Managed projects and led new product initiatives, supporting U.S. domestic manufacturing.- Prepared the business plan and established the company. According to the project timeline, completed the joint venture, cash-flow plan, ROI analysis, employee recruitment, equipment procurement, facility LOI, and production preparation. Secured two major clients to split the factory's production capacity. One of them agreed to allocate $2M as a down payment and bridge financing.

- Developed a cloud-based forecasting spreadsheet system that improved forecasting accuracy by utilizing Winters' method and seasonal index, resulting in enhanced annual EOQ.- Managed global 3PL providers and manufacturers, overseeing the full cycle of ordering, purchasing, receiving, invoicing, sourcing, and payments.- Contributed to the company's KPI by increasing the inventory in-stock rate from 60% to 82%, bringing the annual inventory turnover to approximately 4-5 times. Additionally, reduced air shipping frequency from 4 times to 0-1 time per month, boosted profits by at least 10%, and doubled average monthly sales in the two months following my integration into the team.
