OTR Operation▪ Dedicated to support on parts order growth, fulfillment, operation and cash collections.▪ Drive data quality, accuracy and analytics report for QMI to control order risk, secureSales and CM.▪ Improve OTD as a key performance to win more opportunities/orders by promotingcustomer's satisfaction.▪ Engaged in global OTD Kaizen project, own China parts order KPI and meet target set byglobal parts leader.▪ Optimize the internal process of imported material classification for customs clearanceby working with engineer, prepose material clarification procedure to shorten time andensure OTD.▪ Focus on decreasing inventory level on better control and maintain safety stock withmanufacturing team in parallel.▪ Set up and maintain material forecast with manufacturing team.ITO/Commercial▪ Prepare OCS and quotation for parts order opportunities.▪ Full investigation on material background for more competitive advantage on quotationby cost down, optimize OCS calculation to achieve CM increase 10%+.▪ Define P&Ls’ requirements for successful strategy execution, support and coordinatestrategy execution for each segment.▪ Support and work with Sales team to own Parts OP for P&L.▪ Collaborate with P&L segments to maximize parts order volume.▪ Work with Sales team to define opportunities, proactively lead ADR to fulfill customer’s requirement of short LT if needed.

▪ Sourcing integration role in two service shops of Artificial Lift (AL) business segment in China.▪ Leverage O&G policy to integrate internal sourcing procedure to avoid compliance issue, being strict with suppliers to follow GE integrity.▪ Responsible for controlling the procurement and supply chain of both direct and indirect material and services to support remote sites of AL.▪ Utilize GE Corporate resource optimally to integrate massive vendors and to achieve saving target by competitive bidding.▪ Achieve the lowest possible cost of material balanced against optimum quality and schedule needs.▪ Maintain "timely" control of PO, contracts, amendments, shipping documents as well as other required documents to assure orderly administration and retention of records.▪ Oracle and Syteline systems to support the sourcing activities mentioned above.▪ Fully support on new system go-live by supplier data collection, order data cleanup,continual testing, completion of the assignment as per program requirement without delay in schedule.

▪ Logistics activities including parts tracking and on-time delivery, cash collection, budget control.▪ On-time and quality delivery of material, parts or KITs with appropriate budget.▪ Build and simplify the parts return and replacement process to meet customer’s needs.▪ Complete budget control by reducing and eliminating the logistics costs.▪ Use Salesforce to lead cross-functional teams through commercial process in thedevelopment and execution of winning deal strategies.▪ Get price for value delivered, assure cost accuracy and meet legal requirement andfinance target.▪ Finalize ITO process by Oracle from generating RFQ to internal supplier, prepare offer to customer by costing.

▪ Assist manager in developing the international business and generating sales plan and strategy.▪ Multiple work including SO fulfillment and PO follow-up such as RFQ, quotation handling and PO issuance with working with local suppliers, also need to implement order from internal customer in Germany such as order confirmation and fulfillment as well as logistics for export.▪ ExperienceinL/Cprocedure,PO/Contract, CI&PL and relevant shipping documents.▪ Support IT to improve ERP module as per business requirements.

▪ Assist manager in drafting contracts/agreement and relevant documents.▪ Support manager to seek the potential collaborators in market.▪ Responsible for communicating with suppliers to follow up the goods delivery.▪ Support on doing payment for the raw materials to foreign suppliers.▪ Handle the data by using ERP, especially proficient in purchase module.
