This was financed by the United Nations, we helped the Nepal company to identify and implement operational changes throughout their Company.Homeserve - I was involved in a variety of IT based activities in the early work of planning and setting up this company.PayPoint - As the representative of South Staffs I was responsible for ensuring that each organisation knew and understood the needs of the other to ensure that the PayPoint service was launched successfully. This involved work in the areas of systems definition, testing, implementation, customer services operational processes adjustments, training activity, marketing activity, PR Activity and also financial reconstruction for part 2 of the project.QA Certification in all customer facing services. My brief was to attain full BS5750 accreditation inside 12 months, something I did achieve whilst working as Quality Systems Manager.
