Accomplishments: Designed and developed a web based distribution system. Implemented new technology solutions to increased employee productivity. Create new industry standard for processing faxed resumes. Oversee growth of monthly resume processing volumes from 200 to 30,000. Managed growth of staff from 1 to 15+ employees, including the implementation of a second shift.Responsibilities: Day to day operation of resume processing department personal and processing of resumes in 24/48 hours. Implemented and managed fulfillment and mass mailings. Vendor Management: including research and hiring of new vendors and partners.

Accomplishments: Migration of LAN/WAN to corporate network. Migration of existing exchange messaging system to corporate system. Implemented, managed and maintained NT network and Exchange System until integration with corporate systems.Responsibilities: Technical support for 4 Boston offices and 1 Hyannis office = 100+ end-users. Relocation/integration of offices, including server build outs, cabling plan, etc.
