For 8 years (and counting), I have situated myself in different industries, positions, and learning experiences but my interests have always spanned the entire innovation process--from market research and customer insights, new product development (including packaging), operations management, sales and marketing, with the ultimate goal of creating value for the customer. I have been of service to different types of organizations as well--from the Taiwanese FDA, to food and packaging companies, research, consulting, nonprofits, and even the startup life. Although currently I am the operations manager for our family business (which has a 20-year history in Taiwan), I am interested in a new challenge and thus I am open to opportunities in the FMCG and F&B sectors. Academically speaking, I have a solid background in food, with an international master in Food Innovation and Product Design and a bachelor in Food Science, but also personally speaking, I am a true foodie and all-around travel junkie. (Ask me where I've been and I’ll also tell you what my favourite local dish from that place is!)I am proud of my well-rounded background, my strong passion in food, and my eagerness to grow and to face challenges head-on.
