Lynk is an online platform that partners with Kenyan artisans to showcase and promote their products and services.At Lynk Kenya, I was responsible for Job matching using the tech platform, client support,pro-engagement, hands-on project management & quality control as well as the testing & debugging process for the platform.Some of my key achievements include :• Successfully increased the job match rate for the Job satisfaction department by 51 percent from the usual average match rate.• Raised customer satisfaction by designing and implementing processes that reduced average response time from an average of 1 hour to 10 minutes.

Peperuka is a lifestyle brand that weaves African stories and connects African cultures through unique products with powerful iconography and language.At Peperuka I was in charge of in-house and on-ground sales, merchandising, production, and sales team management.
