Leading and presenting the tenders requirements with the higher management, associates companies, subcontractors, and active participation in the Job-ex/ Pre/ Post tender meeting with Clients.Delegating activities & leading the Estimation & QS teams.Coordinate with internal shareholders, including Operations, Planning, Procurement, QS, Legal, Civil and Technical Department to streamline their responsibilities.Prepare estimates with the input of architects and engineers to ensure that a project meets financial feasibility and scope requirements.Collaboration with all external parties to form new partnerships as and when required for the Design & Build, Fast Track, and Mega Projects.Identify risk items/ areas and study mitigation measures.Prepare estimates of probable costs of materials, labor and equipment for construction projects based on contract bids, quotations, schematic drawings, and specifications.Study, evaluate, and negotiate the quotations of suppliers and sub-contractors based on the competitive technical & commercial proposal in compliance to project specifications and requirements.Collect alternative proposal from supplier / sub-contractors for possible alternative of the bid.Study and analysis cost and time impact on project due to identified project risks.Responsible for preparing the executive summary (top sheet) for best value proposal for the estimated cost highlighting the indirect & direct cost and profit.Assist in preparation of pre-qualification documents of SBG wherever required.Prepare the project budget for the scope of the works for Approval and issue for construction.
