To ensure execution of monthly production plans in factory and OTP (On time performance). To implement all desired process related parameters on shop floor for quality output.To ensure & cross check all EHS activities as required by Brand in Factory. To make weekly dispatch plans as per scheduled delivery requirement after doing AQL of ready to dispatch product.Co-ordinate with Puma inter departments. Co-ordinate with Puma merchandisers and T1 & T2 suppliers.To make weekly and monthly performance reports for internal assessment as far as for further improvements.To participate in initial product launching activities (Development, Commercialization and pilot production).To maintain various detailed reports (Order execution, Production tracking & deliveries).To be involve in various day to day decision making and brain storming activities.To get updated on international quality standards, Training manuals, Latest technologies in order to implement the same in in line factories.To help production team in implementation of new projects.
