Creating strategies to balance short-term requirements with long-term business plans. Articulating clear direction for the team consistent with the organization’s mission and direction. Serving as the decision-maker for critical people-related decisions in the organization. Creating and foster a respectful and inclusive team-focused environment and culture to ensure a supportive, productive, and fun experience for all levels of PXT. Hold the Business and PXT teams accountable to delivering a positive people experience and implement intentional, employee-focused action plans to drive engagement. Manage HR as a business. Ensure compliance with all company policies & procedures and federal, state, & provincial laws or regulations. Support and hold business leaders accountable to equitably selecting, retaining, developing, and optimizing the performance and engagement of their leaders and teams.
