 Oversee and manage electrical division operations and project activities. Manages cross-country procurement and product orders. Manages the after-sales service efforts, including product delivery schedules. Implement plans and policies to achieve overall corporate objectives and maximize operating results. Responsible for business development, timely project performance, and meeting quality/specification requirements. Plan and direct activities such as sales promotions, coordinating with other department heads as required. Develop and implement an annual department business plan. Provide advice, guidance, and direction to subordinates toward their professional development. Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.

 Liaise with the suppliers. Negotiate for good price with good time on delivery. Source out optimum product (lowest in price, best in quality, shortest delivery period). Coordinate materials between the project & suppliers. Follow up outstanding materials. Prepare Procurement Schedule for every Project. Maintain records of goods ordered and received. Locate vendors of materials, equipment or supplies, and interview them in order to determine product availability and terms of sales. Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment. Control purchasing department budgets. Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability. Receive Client Purchase Order/Purchase requisition from sales team. Check for the client payment if received or not, before processing purchase order to supplier. Process to P.O to various supplier, Negotiate for pricing, delivery and payment terms. To look after supplier’s Payment. Prepare Performa Invoice/Commercial Invoice/Delivery Note and other export-related documents for Client. Inquire for the freight and other necessary activity regarding export. Finalize freight forwarder, book and ship the material to desired location. Follow up for delivery to client destination.
