• Evaluating vendors & negotiating the price, delivery schedule, other terms and conditions with them
• Managing end-to-end procurement from releasing Vendor PO to delivery of goods at customer end.
• Working on ARC with Vendors for products like Fenner V-Belts, Dowells, Unbrako, Stationary items and Jumbo bags based on Client’s annual consumption/expenditure.
• Generating Comparative sheet and releasing Purchase Order to L1 vendor on the basis of parameters like price, payment term, delivery term etc.
• Coordinating with Manager for finalization and releasing of Orders.

• Source Identification, Floating Inquiries and Negotiation with Vendors.
• Release of Purchase Order/Schedules to Vendor and Follow-Up for supplies.
• Monitoring supplier metrics to evaluate capacity, performance and delivery of suppliers to meet organization’s plan and forecast.
• Setting up the weekly, monthly and quarterly procurement plan.
• Assisting cost saving projects through developing alternate sources / indigenizing the parts being imported.

• Responsible for generating new strategies and plans for improving quality of the product.
• Evaluation of New developed Samples & Approvals.
• Preparing PPAP documents like PFD, PFMEA, CP, MSA and SPC etc.
• Handling Customer queries to meet their expectations, analysis of customer complaints & Submission of Counter-measure to Customer.
• Preparing SOP, OPS, Work Instructions, Quality Alerts & Final Inspection Check Points.
