Built and oversaw outreach and enrollment activities through medical communities, volunteers, and healthcare navigators in East Tennessee. This increased healthcare enrollment steadily, which maintained funding by local partners Developed field plans that included working with Mayors’ offices and school systems in Knox and Hamilton Counties, leading to 100’s of events at schools city wide and earned media clips with Mayors and PartnersForged new partnerships with a variety of organizations such as Healthcare Councils, Enrollment Assistance, and Government Agencies to help coordinate outreach and enrollment healthcare events to bring awareness of healthcare to the community

I Developed and implemented an aggressive grassroot statewide field plan for a US Senate. I managed field operations and earned media in Northeast Tennessee as well as coordinated candidate events and voter turnout. The campaign earned daily media and was coined the "most spirited race since 2006 in Tennessee".

As a member of Organizing for Action (OFA) my goal is to advance my communities by education of issue-based legislation and implication of common sense laws that represents middle class America . My responsibility as the Director was to coordinate and implement operations of 6 federal level issues campaigns through grass roots organizing using the Neighborhood Team Model, to help promote the passage of the President's agenda. This included community organizing, trainings, fellows programs, digital organizing, earned media, press releases, partner coalition building, policy research, strategy, data, building a data base and van.

My involvement with Obama for America began as a volunteer. Subsequently tested and confirmed as a Neighborhood Team Leader; elevated to Community Organizer with responsibility for four neighborhood teams in Knox County, Tennessee. Hired by the campaign to facilitate escalation in local volunteer recruitment; establish GOTV staging locations; increase volunteer participation; recruit for and facilitate GOTV battleground travel into North Carolina; supervise predictive dialer training. During my tenure with Obama for America, the Knox County teams consistently increased volunteer participation, shifts scheduled and contacts.
