We want every South Australian to easily access the services they want, the transport they rely on and the infrastructure they need.Key responsibilities include: leading a team of web professionals to design and deliver digital communications that improve our customers’ online experience; working with senior leaders to provide strategic planning, specialist advice, evaluation and support for digital solutions; overseeing the development of high-quality digital content to ensure it is useful, consistent and engaging across platforms; establishing processes and a collaborative work culture for a new team; and formulating practices that influence the direction of outcomes that position the department to meet future challenges.
