I worked closely with the senior management to develop strategic messaging and thought leadership across LinkedIn posts, op-eds, media interviews, corporate presentations and speaking engagements. I was also actively involved in managing the company’s corporate reputation including investors relations and corporate partnerships. As the organisation's first Marketing Comms lead, I was instrumental in developing branding and marketing materials for internal and external communications. This includes websites for the parent company and its subsidiaries, collaterals, annual reports, webinars and social media channels. To ensure that internal stakeholders are informed and engaged, I conceptualised and executed the organisation's first Townhall. I also led their brand refresh exercise followed by an office opening in December 2020 which saw over 80 distinguished guests and business partners as attendees as well as a Minister as Guest-of-Honour.

I led marketing and PR efforts for three brands in the dating vertical, Paktor, GaiGai and Fleek in Singapore as well as a cross-country PR team across key markets in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, Malaysia and Singapore.I was also directly involved in securing tier 1 media coverage for the company and C-suite executives.

I led a multinational team to strengthen brand positioning and media visibility for 61 Banyan Tree and Angsana Spas in 24 countries. Over a period of 4 years with the company, we garnered over 240 awards and secured valuable publicity with local, regional and international media.I worked with corporate offices in Shanghai, Phuket and Bangkok to create strategies and content for global campaigns. I also acted as the primary contact for spa managers to develop tactics which are aligned with hotel's business objectives and targeted at increasing capture rate.As part of brand rejuvenation, our team revamped the content and design for key marketing materials in English and Chinese as well as refined the production process to fulfill orders globally. On the digital front, I was also responsible for the overhaul of our 2 brand websites on Drupal CMS (www.banyantreespa.com | www.angsanaspa.com).
