• Work with event manager on planning and executing chamber events and programs. Responsibilities include updating event webpage, Sponsor liaison and staff assignments, troubleshooting etc. Assist customers in registration, invoicing, receipt and payment process for all related events. Database management.• Manages all aspects of chamber committee/council meetings and events including planning, budgeting, room blockage, calendar management and ordering catering• Oversee facility rentals of the chamber conference rooms and manage calendars. • Point of contact for all events of the chamber and provide information on any questions and inquiries in relation to events.
